Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Kareem Johnson is the News Director and Managing editor for SLU News 22, Saint Louis University’s campus newscast, where he anchors and files reports.

Kareem also contributes to the campus newspaper, the University News, as a reporter. With these skills, he plans to become a broadcast journalist, where he will anchor, report the stories that are important to the community.

Kareem is a Communication Major and Creative and Professional Writing Minor at Saint Louis University, where he will graduate in May of 2010. He also is a graduate of St. Louis Community College at Forest Park, where he has an Associate in Arts degree.
